BENEFITS

racquetball courts, basketball gym and swimming pool for unstructured activities

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
Provides adults, couples, parents, and their
children with use of the facilities, per the schedule. The family membership is
limited to two adults and dependent children through 12th grade, living in the
same household. College students with valid college ID up to the age of 22 may
be included as dependent children. Children 12 and under must be accompanied
by a parent unless enrolled in a supervised YMCA program. Free babysitting
is available, when scheduled.
YOUTH MEMBERSHIP
Provides children, ages birth to 12 years of
age, participation in programs at a reduced rate. Youth Members may not
utilize the fitness center or circulate the YMCA without parental supervision.
This membership is required at the beginning of the season for swim team members
planning on attending National Finals.
GUEST USE POLICY
Daily membership or guest use is available for
up to six (6) visits per year with payment of daily guest fee. These
payments may be applied toward the joining fee for a new membership (within the
same year). There may be periods where guests may not be allowed to
participate. Currently teen day passes have been restricted on Tuesday and
Wednesdays after 2:00 pm, and during any snow day or any weekday that school is
not in session through Feb. 26th, 2007. Subject to change, please call
ahead.
The guest fee is:
$10 for Adults 18yrs. and over
$8 for Youth under 18 yrs.

PAYMENT PLANS
1. E-Z Pay Monthly Payment Plans-provide
you with continuous membership privileges through payment of a low monthly
fee.
Electronic Bank Draft
Credit Card Draft
Once a month the stated fees are automatically
deducted from your account or credit card. The YMCA does not have access to
your account. The bank, with your authorization, transfers the monthly dues
from your account to the YMCA.
2. Annual Payment Plan-
Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover,
American Express.
CREDIT/ REFUND POLICY
Membership fees may be refunded if you move from the YMCAs service area or due
to medical reasons. Program fees will be credited/refunded in the event the YMCA
cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather or facility
conflict and will be processed by the appropriate program director. If you wish
to withdraw from a program the following will apply:

All refund requests must be made in writing.

If
you notify the YMCA before classes begin, 100% credit/refund less $10 service
charge.

If
you notify the YMCA after one class meeting, 75% credit/refund.

If
you notify the YMCA after two class meetings, 50% credit/refund.
-
No
refund will be approved after two class meetings.

Credits or refunds will not be given to participants who fail to use
membership or attend classes. Contact a Program Director for possible program
make-up.

All refunds will be processed through our Business Office and checks will be
mailed.
RETURN CHECK POLICY
Checks returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a $20 service fee.
