Aquatics
- The Torrington YMCA has a 6 lane - 25 yard
pool for
your use. Our highly trained and fun-loving staff offers several swimming
programs including: Lessons for kids and adults, Aquacise, Swim Teams, Recreational Swimming and more!

Fitness
- The Fitness facilities in Torrington include a full
Basketball Court, Aerobic Studio, Health &
Fitness Center and two Racquetball/Paddleball Courts. We have a fully trained
staff to gladly show you how to use each machine in our Health & Fitness
Center as well as a full schedule of classes and open facility times.

the right foot with our FREE Fitstart program. Ask about
setting up your fist appointment at the front desk.
A fitness trainer will orient you
with the equipment and the facility and make some fitness
recommendations for you. The trainer will follow up with you
weekly to help you follow through with your exercise regimen.
